Good understanding of HubSpot and Responsive Team We've been working with Leena and Raj from the Straight Growth team for ~6 months now, and are very pleased with how things are moving. Availability and efficiency We are a young Fintech in EU, Straight Growth team helped us to deeploy HubSpot and enhance it on a continuous manner. We have weekly meetings with a ticketing system to work on different tasks: HubSpot settings (leadsourcing, database enhancement, pipelines), marketing operations (emailing, sequences), automation (workflow, zappier)... they always provide good advices even doing the extra mile by building on our requests and anticipating certain issues. When they don't know how to do what we need they investigate and always get back with a proposal. Finally, they are really business oriented and when an emergency comes up they are fully dedicated to solve it as if they were our own employees; we really consider them as fully part of our team!
